南非总统就职典礼即将开始

South African president Jacob Zuma is due to swear into office in a few hours in Pretoria.

More than 4,000 guests are expected to attend the ceremony, including 27 state leaders and more than one hundred foreign diplomats. They will be seated in the Nelson Mandela Amphitheatre, while 20,000 others are expected to witness the inauguration on the south lawns.

Zuma will deliver a national speech after taking oath. There will also be performances from artists and the air force. President Zuma was officially elected for a second and last five-year term on Wednesday by the African National Congress-dominated parliament. He is expected to announce his cabinet tomorrow.
